What is the NWBPA?

The NorthWest Buggy Pilot's Association was formed on August 3, 1995, to foster and encourage enthusiasm for kite buggies, and further, to educate and promote safety in their use.

An application for chapter affiliation was sent to the American Kitefliers Association on August 7, 1995. Approval was received on October 10, 1995. An application for club affiliation was sent to the Washington Kitefliers Association on August 8, 1995. Affiliation was approved on August 16, 1995.
